Brought up in Småland between ocean and forest, Maja knew early she was going to work creatively as an adult. After studying form & design, as well as commercial & magazine at Gamleby fotoskola, Maja started working professionally as a photographer dedicated to combine her two biggest passions: photography and elite cycling. In her work, Maja depicts reality with storytelling through fashion, colors and contrasts; movements and stillness, melancholy and hope, dark and light. Today, she is based in Stockholm, constantly seen on her bike or with a camera in hand.
